Continuing Resolution 2024 March 1. The senate voted 77 to 18 to approve it earlier in the day. A continuing resolution (cr) is a temporary “stop gap” by which congress funds the federal government for a limited period to avoid a lapse in appropriations.

The bipartisan continuing resolution extends funding through: Since then, there have been slight increases in the volume of arrests, until this latest year ending march 2024 where there was a larger increase of 8% (figure 3.1).
